All guests at Arches Hotel must comply with the following rules:

1.	Please vacate your rooms by 11.00 a.m. the day you are departing. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
2.	Breakfast is served between 6.30 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. Last orders taken at 8.25 a.m.
3.	No electrical equipment is to be taken into your room without permission.
4.	Payment for rooms is to be made when first entering Arches Hotel.
5.	Towels are available upon request.
6.	The Bar is available from 8.00 a.m. until 2.00 a.m.
7.	The Pool Table is available until 2.00 a.m.
8.	Food is not allowed to be eaten in bedrooms because of soiling of carpets, bedding etc.
9.	A Pay Phone is available for use in the Bar Area. Only emergency calls can be received on our business line. Please ask friends and family to call you on your mobile phone.
10.	Please switch off the T.V, lights and taps in your room when you go out.
11.	Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Those caught smoking will forfeit their deposit and be expelled without any refund.
